This policy covers prompts, reference uploads, generated images, and use of Nano Banana 2.1 Tools. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
Do not request, upload, generate, edit, or distribute content that includes or facilitates:
Do not evade moderation, probe for bypasses, use another account to evade restrictions, or interfere with account, billing, and credit controls. Obtain permission for reference uploads and respect privacy and law.
Before generation, the server sends the prompt to Waffo Prompt Screening in enforced mode. The prompt and reference images also receive a separate content safety assessment through OpenRouter using Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite, covering the categories above. Both checks must allow before the generator reserves credits and starts.
The generated result receives an image safety assessment before return to the user. Blocked results are withheld. Review, invalid responses, or screening failures stop the request; they never bypass the gate. Generation or output-check failure restores reserved credits.
Automated checks can make mistakes and cannot establish every person's consent or ownership rights. Flagged content is not automatically queued for release. Contact support for human review; an appeal does not automatically permit prohibited imagery.
Safety logs record check reference IDs, stages, verdicts, and categories. We do not create a public content feed or retain image contents in the task database. Reports and manual review decisions are recorded in support correspondence. Provider processing is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Email support@nanobanana21tools.com, subject Content safety report, with the task or check reference ID, relevant public URL if any, date, alleged violation, and your concerns. Intellectual property reports should identify the protected work, your authority to report, and the disputed material. For NCII, describe the non-consensual use without attaching intimate material.
Do not send illegal images, child sexual abuse material, passwords, or full payment details. Reference IDs and a factual description are enough to begin review. The contact page provides the same channel.
We aim to acknowledge reports within one business day and give an initial decision within three business days. Credible child safety threats, NCII, or imminent harm receive priority as soon as identified. Complex reports can require more information; we explain the next step. These are targets, not a claim of round-the-clock staffing.
The automated gate blocks prohibited requests immediately. Confirmed violations can lead to a warning, account generation restriction, or termination. Serious child safety, NCII, threats, or repeated evasion can lead to immediate restriction during review. We can withhold outputs or remove reported material within our control; we cannot delete copies on third-party sites.
An administrator applies human-reviewed account restrictions, which prevent new generation. Where permitted, we explain the rule and action to the account holder. We may escalate to a provider or authority where required by law. Restrictions do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Appeal to the same email, subject Content safety appeal, with account email, task or check reference ID, and why the decision is wrong. We aim to review within seven business days. The restriction or withheld output remains until review concludes. Successful appeals remove the applicable account restriction but cannot recover images we do not store.
We review categories and provider controls when new abuse patterns or false positives are reported and update this policy as needed.
