These terms describe use of Nano Banana 2.1 Tools, an independent third-party image tool. By submitting a task, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not submit a task.
The service provides image prompts, generation controls, and reference-image editing when its configured model service is available. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or the developers of any image model. The generator shows current availability; a model name in a page title does not guarantee a running model endpoint.
Prompt preview images are illustrative concepts, not verified Nano Banana 2.1 outputs. They do not establish that a model can reproduce them. Availability, response times, and completed outputs are not guaranteed.
Keep your account credentials secure. Submit only images and prompts you are permitted to use and send to OpenRouter and its model providers. You are responsible for any needed permission relating to people, personal information, copyrighted works, trademarks, or other protected material in your request.
Do not use the service for unlawful content, unauthorized impersonation, account abuse, or attempts to bypass its access and credit controls. Access may be restricted when needed to prevent abuse or address a service problem.
AI outputs can contain mistakes, altered details, misleading depictions, or content that resembles existing works. Review every output before publishing or relying on it. We do not promise factual accuracy, uniqueness, exclusive rights, or permission for commercial use. Your intended use must comply with applicable provider terms and any rights in the submitted or generated material.
Download images you want to keep from the completed result in your browser. Task history records status and metadata; it does not retain image contents for later download. OpenRouter and its model providers process submitted prompts and references under their own applicable terms and policies.
The generator displays the credit cost before submission. Starting a task reserves that cost from your available balance. When the service records a task as failed, its reserved credits are returned. A successfully completed image that you dislike, or that needs further editing, is not a failed task. Each new submitted task uses its displayed credit cost.
Trial credits require an eligible signed-in account, are limited by daily service capacity, and may expire. Your account shows the balance available to you. An account or credit allowance does not guarantee model availability. Check the pricing page for the currently configured trial terms and image costs.
Paid plans are not currently open for purchase. Prices, payment terms, and any refund terms will be stated before paid purchases become available.
A verified public support channel has not yet been published. The contact page shows current support availability. No support response time or fixed account-metadata deletion period is promised.
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest published version. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow a service to exclude.
